Refund Policy for Smile Community Kitchen & Music Café

At Smile Music & Food Café, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services or products, we are committed to resolving your concerns promptly. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Order: If we deliver the wrong food item or fail to deliver the food you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the food arrives damaged or in poor condition, you can request a refund. This applies to orders placed for delivery or takeout.

  • Service Issues: If you experience significant service issues (e.g., poor quality or delayed service), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after placing the order, no refund will be provided.

  • Order Cancellation after Dispatch: Once the food order has been dispatched or delivered, we are unable to issue a refund for cancellations unless a significant issue is identified with the order.

  • Food Allergies or Personal Preferences: If the food was prepared correctly but you experience an allergy or dissatisfaction due to personal preference, we cannot issue a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Details to Provide: Please provide the following information when requesting a refund:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue (wrong order, damaged food, etc.)

    • Photographs or other evidence of the issue (if applicable)

  • Refund Review: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and may request additional information if needed. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or in the form of a credit voucher, as per your preference.

4. Refunds for Online Payments

  • If you made your purchase using a debit/credit card or an online payment system, we will initiate the refund to the same account. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, such as service issues or missing items, we may offer a partial refund. The amount refunded will be based on the nature of the issue and the extent of the disruption to your experience.
